In early September, our clients embarked on an unforgettable journey to Bali, the Island of the Gods. Over the course of four days, they immersed themselves in the rich culture, scenic landscapes, and vibrant coastal life for which Bali is famous. From sunrise temple visits to sunset seafood dinners and a lively catamaran party, their trip was filled with unforgettable moments. Here’s a detailed recap of the experiences they enjoyed during their Bali adventure.

The group departed from Kuala Lumpur on a Batik Air flight, excited to start their Bali holiday. After a smooth three-hour flight, they touched down at I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport.
After passing through immigration and collecting their luggage, they were warmly greeted by their tour guide, who offered suggestions for a quick lunch.

Upon checking into Hazel Villa in Seminyak, the group took some time to relax in the villa’s luxurious surroundings. The serene and minimalistic atmosphere of the villa set the perfect tone for the rest of the day.

Later that afternoon, they were whisked away to New Furama Seafood at Jimbaran for a special dinner. As the sun set, the group enjoyed a mouth-watering BBQ seafood feast. The picturesque setting, with the orange glow of the sunset casting reflections over the sea, made for a truly magical evening.
After dinner, the group returned to the villa for a relaxing evening, unwinding from their first day in Bali.
After an energising breakfast at the villa, the group prepared for a full day of exploration.
Their first destination was Bedugul, a two-hour drive from Seminyak. The group soaked in the scenery along the way, passing through Bali’s beautiful countryside dotted with rice paddies and villages.

Upon arriving at Bedugul, the first attraction they visited was Beratan Lake. The group marvelled at the iconic Pura Ulun Danu Beratan water temple, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Built in honour of the lake goddess Dewi Danu, it is known for its serene setting, with the temple's reflection often mirroring the lake's calm waters. Surrounded by mountains, this iconic temple is a significant cultural and spiritual landmark, attracting visitors for its picturesque beauty and tranquil atmosphere.

They also explored the vibrant Candi Kuning Market, a bustling traditional market known for its fresh produce and vibrant atmosphere. Visitors can find a variety of locally grown fruits, vegetables, spices, and flowers, as well as handmade souvenirs and Balinese snacks. Its lively stalls offer a glimpse into the daily life of the locals, making it a popular stop for both tourists and those exploring nearby attractions like Pura Ulun Danu Bratan.

For lunch, the group dined at Mentari Restoran, also in Bedugul, while enjoying views of the nearby mountains. The halal buffet spread offered a delicious variety of Indonesian and Western dishes, with everything from pasta, rice, vegetables, meat, soup, and a fruits & salad bar.

The next stop was Tanah Lot, one of Bali’s most famous temple sites, which houses the Pura Tanah Lot. Perched on a rocky outcrop along Bali's southwestern coast, this Hindu temple is revered for its stunning ocean views and dramatic sunsets. It is a key pilgrimage site for Balinese Hindus, dedicated to the sea gods. During high tide, the temple appears isolated in the middle of the sea, adding to its mystical charm and making it a must-visit destination for tourists.
The group returned to the villa for a free evening. Some ventured out to try local restaurants for dinner, while others chose to relax and enjoy the villa’s tranquil ambience.
The day started with breakfast at the villa, followed by a free morning. The group took advantage of the downtime to explore the nearby Seminyak area, with some indulging in shopping, while others relaxed at the villa.
In the afternoon, the group set off for Sanur Harbour, where a private catamaran awaited them.
The highlight of the day was undoubtedly the private catamaran party at Sanur Bay. Sailing along the coast as the sun began to set, the group enjoyed drinks, music, and the incredible views of the shoreline. The three-hour cruise was a perfect mix of relaxation and celebration, with our clients playing some fun games.
After the cruise, they returned to the villa for one last peaceful evening, reflecting on the fun-filled day.
The final day of the trip began with breakfast at the villa, followed by the bittersweet task of packing and checking out.

Before heading to the airport, the group made a quick stop at Krisna Oleh-Oleh Bali Bypass, where they picked up souvenirs and gifts for friends and family back home. This large souvenir shop in Bali is popular for its wide selection of Balinese handicrafts, clothing, snacks, and home décor. Conveniently located along the Bypass, it offers fixed prices, making it a hassle-free shopping experience for both locals and tourists. The shop is known for its vast range of affordable items, allowing visitors to pick up traditional Balinese gifts and mementos all in one place.
With bags packed and hearts full of memories, the group caught their flight back to Kuala Lumpur on a Batik Air flight, wrapping up their Bali adventure.
This four-day adventure in Bali provided the group with a perfect balance of relaxation, cultural immersion, and celebration. From the tranquil temples of Bedugul to the lively waters of Sanur Bay, every moment was filled with the island’s unique charm. As they returned home, they carried with them not only souvenirs but also unforgettable memories of Bali’s beauty, hospitality, and vibrant spirit.
