On a breezy afternoon on 7th September 2024, Traworld had the pleasure of organising a vibrant Family Day event for our client at Quayside Mall. Excitement filled the air as our team, working diligently, completed the event setup two hours before the festivities were due to begin. Everything was in place to ensure a smooth and enjoyable day for families to create lasting memories together.

Participants began arriving with their families and were warmly welcomed with thoughtful gifts to add comfort to their day. Each family received a delightful picnic basket, complete with an umbrella, picnic mat, wet wipes, and a portable hand-held fan, making it the perfect kit for an afternoon of outdoor activities.

The event was in full swing, with families, especially the children, eagerly exploring the fun-filled activities scattered across the venue. Carnival booth games were an instant hit, with many children winning multiple small gifts, and some walked away with as many as four prizes!

Laughter filled the air as participants took on challenges like Giant Jenga, Snakes & Ladders, and creative crafting stations.

The sand art station was a huge draw for the children, offering a wide selection of cartoon characters for them to turn into colourful masterpieces. The kids had a fantastic time filling in the stickered illustrations with vibrant sands.

Adding to the fun, a playful clown strolled around the event, delighting the children with twisted balloon creations.

The fun didn’t stop there. the first telematch game got everyone, both young and old, on their feet. The first game, Battle of the Big Kids, was a classic game of musical chairs. Participants had to scramble for a chair when the music stopped. This fun moment generated much laughter as the players vied for a seat to avoid elimination.
