Have you ever heard of aerial yoga? My Addict Fitness offers aerial yoga in addition to classes like fitness boxing, circuit training, basic yoga and many more. Although it is a ladies only fitness centre, they also have male trainers specialising in various workout & fitness programmes. All of the instructors are well experienced and give you personal attention during the workouts. Their classes are never boring and always fun, making you look forward to attending class every time (You just might get addicted to them 😏).

Moreover, they recently upgraded their training equipment like dumbbells, elliptical cross trainers, air bikes, spin bikes and functional trainers. If you feel like trying it out first, you don't have to sign up for membership; you can just walk-in. Just pay RM3.50 for walk-ins per entry on weekends. Cheap!
