If you’re looking for a✨⛺luxurious camping experience, then you’re in luck! We know you've rejected camping outings in the past because of the cold hard floor and lack of amenities. So these are 7 super nice spots that offer all the benefits of camping with none of the drawbacks!
Camping in the forest❌. Camping by the sea✅. Wake up to the 🌅sun rising on the horizon of the sea while being surrounded by lush greeneries when you stay overnight at Sea Horizon Resort. The peaceful environment with a majestic sunrise view is the main selling point of this glamping spot. During the day, you can watch fishing boats passing by on the sea. Then, at night, you can watch thousands of ⭐stars twinkling in the sky while lying on a comfortable bed under the half-transparent dome.
There are many types of rooms in the quiet getaway with the stargazer dome being the star product of this resort. Each stargazer dome comes with its own deck and bathroom, which provides all the privacy you need. On top of that, this quiet getaway also offers activities for you to enjoy with your family and friends such as 🚵♀️biking, 🛶kayaking, 🪂paragliding and even keropok lekor-making workshop!

Everything here from the reception to the event hall, to the accommodations, is mostly dome-shaped. Glamz does live up to its name as this luxurious glamping spot has all the facilities available such as a cafe, pantry and other common areas. There is also a public jacuzzi which you dip in while enjoying the green foliage and fresh air. At night, you head to the stargazing deck and chit-chat under the ⭐stars.
Each small window and big window dome room comes with either a double bed or 2 single beds, a private yard with a bathroom, an AC unit, a couch, a hammock, etc. On the other hand, family domes are larger and have more beds to accommodate more people. Besides dome tents, there is also a VIP dome that comes with a private jacuzzi and bell tents which are comparatively cheaper (like A LOT cheaper) than the dome rooms.

Another hot spot for luxury glamping at Genting, Rustcamps Glamping Resort provides a sweet escape for those who want to relax in luxury while surrounded by nature. The best part of all is, that there are rooms that come with a private jacuzzi so that you can enjoy a relaxing dip without the company of strangers.
Every night, there is a 🔥campfire where you can roast marshmallows. It will make you feel like you are actually camping. The only difference is that your camp is a ✨luxurious one. Not only that, if you are hungry, you don’t have to hunt down a 🦌deer in the forest. You can easily find local food and convenience stores nearby the resort.
Tips:
Insects are easily attracted to the lights, so it is better to turn off the main ceiling light and use the side lamps instead.
If you are travelling by Grab, inform your driver to use Google Maps instead. As Grab’s GPS can’t detect the location.
Less than an hour's 🚗drive from KL is Canopy Villa Glamping Park. Nestled within the lush rainforest, you get to choose between their Safari Deluxe Tent (Weekend), Safari Superior Tent (Weekday), Safari Deluxe Tent (Weekday) or Safari Superior Tent (Weekend). All packages include 😋delicious breakfasts in the morning. If you feel like showcasing your 👨🍳Masterchef skills, there is an open kitchen with complete utensils (it even comes with a 🍚rice cooker that Uncle Roger approves👍).
To make your glamping experience more exciting, there are indoor and outdoor activities for you to enjoy with your family and friends, such as 🏓ping pong, 🌄hiking, 🎣fishing, 🎯darts and many more. Besides, you can even make new friends by playing with fellow visitors who are there to enjoy their vacation too.
Stay close to nature without sacrificing comfort by staying in Dusun Bonda. There are many types of accommodations for you to choose from bell tents to villas. To ensure your privacy, each tent comes with its own toilet and private kitchen. It can get pretty 🥵hot in the tent during the day, so you are encouraged to come out and join some outdoor activities.
There is an adult swimming pool with a water bucket, a kids' pool and a play pool with slides. If you feel like getting closer to nature, you can swim in the chilly Ulu Tamu river and enjoy mini river tubing. On the other hand, if you prefer something more challenging, there is jungle trekking which is available upon request.

If you don’t want to go far away from the 🌆city for a glamping trip, then go to Castra by Colony. We promise you that the nightscape will make your jaw drop. I mean who wouldn’t? Especially when you get to spend the night on the rooftop terrace within Kuala Lumpur’s Golden Triangle, with a grassy lawn and skyscrapers view.
This luxurious glamping spot consists of only 2 large air-conditioned tents that can fit around 6 people each comfortably. There is also a BBQ pit, kitchen amenities, Wi-Fi and a private toilet. There are tables and chairs on the outdoor patio where you can engage in deep talk over some food and drinks. However, parking can be pretty expensive since it’s the centre of KL, so you might want to consider engaging with an e-hailing service.
P.s: You can even get a refund if it rains on the day of your stay!

West Malaysia is rich in flora and fauna. It would be such a waste not to camp within Borneo’s lush greenery at least once in your lifetime. This luxurious glamping spot is well decorated with friendly staff and a beautiful 🌄sunrise view to boast. It is suitable for nature lovers who want to enjoy nature while staying in a comfortable tent. You can also hike Maragang Hill and enjoy the panoramic view of the sun rising in the east.
There are only 4 dome-shaped tents with different interior designs, and each can fit up to 4 people. Each dome has a private kitchen and a bathroom which are located outside of the dome. However, there is no water heater at the moment, so brace for the 🥶cold shower!
