Genting SkyWorlds Rainy Day Guarantee:

The activation of the “Rainy Day Guarantee” is subject to Genting Management’s approval.
For all the affected guests that visited SkyWorlds and if wet weather is activated for more than 2 hours on guest visit date, they will be offered a FREE return visit within the next 12 months (from the date of visit).
No cash alternative is available and tickets cannot be sold or exchanged.
Rainy Day Guarantee cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion and return visit is subject to availability at time of rebooking.
Should it rain on your return visit, tickets will not be transferable and no further free visits will be offered.

How do I claim the free return visit?

The best way to enjoy Genting SkyWorlds is by downloading the Genting SkyWorlds mobile app, registering your tickets and enabling notifications. In the event of our “Rainy Day Guarantee” being activated, you will automatically receive a notification straight to your phone.
Guest is to approach the ticketing counter and show the QR code (presentation on original QR code on your first visit) and show the push notification that's in GSW App to ticketing counter for verification before you are free to enter the theme park.

How to Use
Enter the SkyWorlds Main Entrance directly with your voucher
1. Customer is to scan the admission ticket at the turnstile and link the ticket to the Genting SkyWorlds App then, register biometric before entering the park
2. Customer is only able to book the Virtual Queue (VQ) Reservation once you link your admission ticket into Genting SkyWorlds App and scan at the turnstile on your visit date
3. For customer that do not download the Genting SkyWorlds App, you MUST retain your admission ticket for re-entry to the park
Voucher Details
- A printed voucher is not required to access this experience - simply present your confirmation email to the person in charge.
- You must redeem your entry ticket with this voucher.

- The voucher is only valid on the specified date and time.
