    - Searching for travel service suppliers & experience hosts, welcoming them to Traworld’s platform. Providing support and coordinating with operations, promotions and marketing to ensure suppliers & hosts are cared for. - Building relationships with partners to help achieve their sales potential from our various distribution platforms.     Job Requirements

    • Junior: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in the travel or hospitality industry
    • Minimum Education: Diploma or equivalent
    • Willing to travel outstation when required
    • Able to converse in Mandarin is an added advantage

    - Assume the role as the primary point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients - Handle requests, feedback, and queries quickly and professionally - Arrange executive travel, hotel and dining arrangements as needed - Take dictation and meeting minutes, accurately enter notes and distribute - Monitor office supply levels; reorder when appropriate - Maintain strong relationships with vendors and keep price data in order to get the best pricing on supplies and services - Produce professional-quality reports, presentations and briefs - Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system for both paper and electronic records - To prepare/follow up documentation such as quotations, invoices, etc - To provide back-end administration support for the operation and marketing team - Ad hoc duties as required from time to time

    Job Requirements

    • Possess at least Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Administration / Business Administration / Management or any related field
    • Able to converse in well English and Bahasa Malaysia, proficiency in Mandarin would be an advantage
    • At least 1 year(s) of working experience
    • Computer literate, knowledge of computer Microsoft application
    • Good working attitude and willingness to learn
    • Pleasant personality and good interpersonal skills
    • Strong sense of responsibility and attentive to detail
    • Able to work independently as well as in a team
