- Searching for travel service suppliers & experience hosts, welcoming them to Traworld’s platform. Providing support and coordinating with operations, promotions and marketing to ensure suppliers & hosts are cared for.
- Building relationships with partners to help achieve their sales potential from our various distribution platforms. To communicate our story, strengths and brand to our partners.
- Ensuring that the best deals are obtained while maintaining our brand and standards.
- Willingness to ‘roll up your sleeves’, flexibility and attentiveness would be essential for this role.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Job Requirements
Junior: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in the travel or hospitality industry
Minimum Education: Diploma or equivalent
Willing to travel outstation when required
Able to converse in Mandarin is an added advantage
- Assume the role as the primary point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients
- Handle requests, feedback, and queries quickly and professionally
- Arrange executive travel, hotel and dining arrangements as needed
- Take dictation and meeting minutes, accurately enter notes and distribute
- Monitor office supply levels; reorder when appropriate
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and keep price data in order to get the best pricing on supplies and services
- Produce professional-quality reports, presentations and briefs
- Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system for both paper and electronic records
- To prepare/follow up documentation such as quotations, invoices, etc
- To provide back-end administration support for the operation and marketing team
- Ad hoc duties as required from time to time
Job Requirements
Possess at least Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Administration / Business Administration / Management or any related field
Able to converse in well English and Bahasa Malaysia, proficiency in Mandarin would be an advantage
At least 1 year(s) of working experience
Computer literate, knowledge of computer Microsoft application
Good working attitude and willingness to learn
Pleasant personality and good interpersonal skills
Strong sense of responsibility and attentive to detail
