Yes, some establishments are still temporarily closed due to their own reasons. However, it is officially confirmed that the government has lifted the order which required establishments to be closed or only operate until a certain hour. This means that ?pubs, bars, concerts, etc are allowed to operate as they did before the pandemic started. (Even Billie Eilish is coming to Malaysia on her tour this August!) Establishments like convenience stores, fast food chains, restaurants, etc are allowed to open until late at night.
