This rooftop cafe bar is located on the 2nd floor of The Row KL, within the urban jungle of KL. It has an open-air concept with camping tarps and foldable camping chairs that give it a camping vibe. If you are worried about the outdoor heat, you don’t have to because there are a couple of fans and an occasional breeze to cool you down.
Then on the wall, you can see camping gear and cameras on display. Not only is this camping-themed cafe 🚫🐷pork-free (alcohol is served) but, it is also 🐶🐱pet-friendly. Keopi & Sul. is a small Korean cafe bistro with less than 20 tables. So you are advised to come earlier to secure a place for lunch! Keopi (커피) means ☕coffee, and Sul (술) means 🍶liquor and from that, you can deduce that this camping-themed cafe mainly focuses on these beverages. There are also lots of 🤳Instagrammable drinks like the Butterfly Cotton Candy, Lychee Rose Romance and Magic Yuzu.
Of course, drinks are not the only thing they have here. There are also lots of 😋yummy pastries, 🍰cakes and hot food like Kimchi Beef Bulgogi Don, Tempura Prawn Curry Rice Bowl, Butter Scone, etc.

Chill at Chill Camp, which is indoors and has a cool camping vibe. The interior is well decorated with all the camping gear and lots of plants.
You even get to cook some food on portable stoves, just like when you are camping! The food offered here are all camping food like 🥪sandwiches, 🍜instant noodles (which you are supposed to cook yourself), 🥗salad, ☕drip coffee and many more. So everything is exactly like camping but with air-cond and indoors.
Chill Camp lives up to its name with its cosy environment and relaxed ambience. What’s more, you can 🎂celebrate birthdays and anniversaries or conduct any event here! You don’t have to worry about the setup because the camping setup is already attractive enough. The boss is also attentive and helpful in helping to make sure that everything runs smoothly.

Here is another outdoor cafe in Penang with a camping theme. Upon stepping your foot onto this outdoor cafe, you’ll see fake grass underneath. Then, as you look up, you’ll find white tents lined neatly in a row. In the tent is an air-cond unit and you can sit and relax with the soft pillows.
However, you can book the tent only with a minimum spend of RM150. On top of that, you are only allowed to spend a maximum of 90 minutes in the tent so that other customers can also enjoy this unique camping experience (well, more like glamping actually).
Besides the outdoor seating, Fly Me To also has indoor seating with glass windows which is equally interesting because you can see Penang’s skyline, including KOMTAR. There is no denying that every corner of this camping-themed cafe is Instagrammable. However, this cafe is not mobile-friendly because after taking the lift, you’ll still have to climb 2 more flights of stairs to reach your destination.
